Last week I made a giant stirfry that lasted for at least six meals.  All the other nights I ate cheese and crackers.  It seems that a busy week at work and coming home to an empty house has meant that my motivation to cook has all but disappeared.  I have not forgotten about my New Years Resolutions, they’ve just slipped down a few rungs on the list of priorities this past week.  Tomorrow is a new day, and as such, I have a pork tenderloin in my fridge just waiting for me to give it some attention.  But for now, Jeff is on his way home with a small bean and cheese from Burrito Boyz with my name on it.  (Oh sorry, it’s Burrito Bandidos now.  Lame.)
